Hello Colorado Staffing Association Members!

The Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (better known as FAMLI) officially goes into effect January 1, 2024. The Colorado Staffing Association is hosting a webinar with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, FAMLI Division on November 3rd, 2023 at 10AM MST. The CDLE will present an overview of what businesses need to know and how the FAMLI program will work. Bring your questions for Q&A time!

Tracy Marshall / Division Director
Family and Medical Leave Insurance

Tracy Marshall joined the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) in September of 2021 to stand up the new paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) Division. Tracy has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and holds her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Wales. She is Board-Certified as a Case Manager, a Disability Management Specialist and is credentialed with the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional. Prior to joining CDLE, Tracy was a Director of Clinical Operations for Guardian Life Insurances’ Absence Management company.

David Gallivan graduated from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 2007. Following a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division, he opened his own practice providing services to low income clients in domestic violence and family cases. After a brief stint as a volunteer election program coordinator with the Sudan Council of Churches in what is now known as South Sudan, he returned home to Colorado and joined the Division of Workers' Compensation in 2010. After twelve years with Workers' Comp, including six as an Administrative Law Judge, David joined the FAMLI division in 2022 as manager of the Compliance and Appeals Branch.
